The eLearning gives a comprehensive overview of what support people need to know including:

- Contacting Emergency Services
- Medical Conditions
- Agonal Breathing
- Other Medical Events
- Levels of Consciousness
- Using the Stop & Watch tool
The 2-hour practical session teaches and assesses the following lifesaving essentials:
- Loss of consciousness
The eLearning on its own can be useful for support staff working with people how have lower risk of accident or injury and where emergency help is easily accessed. This includes office staff based where emergency help via 111 can respond promptly.
The eLearning followed by the 2-hour practical session is designed for healthcare workers when they’re supporting people with an increased risk of accident or injury
