"The eLearning was split into easy to manage modules with assessment of learning objectives at each stage rather than at the end. I see this as an excellent idea because our support workers get instant feedback and don’t have the worry of having to complete a large test at the end of the learning."

I’ve finished First Aid training and just wanted to say how focused this is on the support worker role. I was very impressed with the content, and I feel it will suit our support workers a lot better than the 4-hour session we have been providing for the last few years.

Our learning facilitator is always approachable and is very good at what she does. She expects good work from support workers, but she’s kind and they really like her.
