I see this as an excellent idea because our support workers get instant feedback and don’t have the worry of having to complete a large test at the end of the learning."

I’ve finished First Aid training and just wanted to say how focused this is on the support worker role. I was very impressed with the content, and I feel it will suit our support workers a lot better than the 4-hour session we have been providing for the last few years.
